What is a Ritual & Ceremony?<\/span><\/h2>\n

You may well ask, what is a Ritual & Ceremony and where dose it fit into my life. Well, we are creatures of habit and most of us perform different kinds of Ritual & Ceremony throughout our lives and often on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

For me, attending a Ritual & Ceremony is about the coming together of people, from all walks of life, to share, witness and affirm an intentional experience, which includes celebrating together and honouring, something, someone, ourselves, a Solstice or Equinox, our ancestors or a whole list of other things…<\/p>\n

My last Medicine Wheel Ritual & Ceremony, focused on a Journey to our Ancestors for a personal and group teaching. Afterwards, many people who attended, told me how powerful their personal teaching was – we had not shared them. The group teachings were did share. They were very powerful and there was a them to them.<\/p>\n

A year on from facilitating that Ritual & Ceremony and people are still talking about the impact it had on them and their life. There are many different kinds of Ritual & Ceremony that can enhance and even change your life.<\/p>\n

Why participate in a Ritual & Ceremony and what will I get from attending one?<\/span><\/h2>\n

My interest in Buddhism, rekindled my interest in Ritual & Ceremony. Though the first really life changing Ritual & Ceremony I attended, was in 1990 and facilitated by Paul Rebillot, who is sadly no-longer with us. He created a Medicine Wheel \u2013 Ritual & Ceremony, as part of his seven day, \u2018Owning the Shadow\u2018 course.<\/p>\n

That experience introduced me to, the powerful impact a Ritual & Ceremony can have on your life and how it can even change it forever! I have written a specific Blog about the Medicine Wheel as a Ritual & Ceremony.<\/p>\n

I now consciously choose to take part in all kinds of Rituals & Ceremonies. I find them to be very powerful and memorable experiences, which have affirmed and even changed my life!<\/p>\n

All courses and workshops are facilitated and taught by Hagbard. All Avena ‘Mind & Body’ – Treatments – Courses – Workshops – are offered with Metta – love and kindness, through an open heart.<\/p>\n

I run Rituals & Ceremonies at different times throughout the year, in varied locations. They usually lasts between two to three hours.<\/p>\n

Each Ritual & Ceremony requires a minimum of 12 participants<\/p>\n
