All treatments are by appointment only and\u00a0all courses need to be booked in advance.<\/p>\n
When making a booking, you will be sent a booking form to fill in. You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. \u00a0The deposit needs to be paid no later than 48 hours prior to a treatment and 14\u00a0days prior to a course.<\/p>\n
Failure to pay the deposit and return the booking\u00a0form may result in your treatment or course place being offered to someone else.<\/p>\n
A non-refundable deposit of \u00a320 is required\u00a0for all Thai Yoga Massage and Shamanic treatments.<\/p>\n
A non-refundable deposit of \u00a360 is required for the Shamanic Journeying course.<\/p>\n
A non-refundable deposit of \u00a310 is required for a Ritual & Ceremony workshop.<\/p>\n
A non-refundable deposit of \u00a3200 is required for the non accredited Thai Yoga Massage\u00a0course and \u00a3300 for the accredited Thai Yoga Massage course,<\/p>\n
If for any reason Avena ‘Mind & Body’ needs\u00a0to postpone or cancel a treatment or course,\u00a0all deposits are transferrable or will be refunded in\u00a0full.<\/p>\n
Full payment is due at the time of a\u00a0treatment. \u00a0Full course fees are due 7 days prior to a course. Cash and BACS direct bank transfers, are the only accepted forms of payment<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n Avena ‘Mind & Body’ will not accept\u00a0responsibility to anyone for any accident, or loss or damage to their property, during the running of a course or treatment.<\/p>\n To avoid paying the full fee – 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n The treatment you choose is reserved especially for you,<\/strong> at the time you booked.
